At just 25€ per user per month, the Offsite Support Package provides excellent value for money and will suit the majority of small businesses with typical IT support needs. Providing unlimited support by telephone and email, next business day onsite response for faults that cannot be fixed remotely and a number of other benefits, this package really can’t be beaten on value. If you have more demanding IT needs, Moj Servis still have you covered in the form of either our Advanced Onsite Support Package or Executive Onsite Visit Support Package. The former offers all of the benefits of the Offsite Support Package but adds unlimited onsite support for £47 per user per month, whilst the latter is truly comprehensive. At £82 per user per month, that package gives you everything from the other two plus weekly onsite routine checks, site visits as required, a dedicated onsite engineer and a dedicated account manager.
